Pacman frogs are a terrestrial species native to South America. These frogs can get up to 3-8 inches. Females being larger. Due to their size they won’t require too large of an enclosure but still a decent size. Pacman frogs can live 10-15+ years in captivity making them a big commitment pet. Pacman frogs can make good pets but just like any amphibian, they are going to be a “look-but-don’t-touch” type of pet. Frogs in general tend to dislike handling and will try to get away if possible. Frogs and toads have sensitive skin and when being handled, the oils on our hands are actually harmful to them.
