Adopted - Pogona vitticeps 'Bearded Dragon' - "Rocky" 2 yrs

"Rocky" is a 2 year old bearded dragon looking for a home. They have metabolic bone disease (MBD) which is from improper diet, improper lighting, or both. It has caused their front legs to bow inward. This shape is now permanent, but the damage will not get worse with proper diet, supplements, and lighting. Bearded dragons need calcium and D3 supplements, UVB lighting, and a varied diet to prevent this from happening. 

Because of this they should go to a home that can provide that for them for the rest of their life so the MBD does not get worse. 

Personality wise Rocky will let you handle them and they're very active, so they don't tend to stay still for too long. Their previous home kept them in a cage that was much too small so they would definitely appreciate a larger terrarium.

As with all rescues we require a photo of the enclosure with you next to it, as proof of the size and setup. We also do not divulge the sex of our rescues as we do not intend for them to be used for breeding.
