Description

Centrochelys sulcata 'Sulcata Tortoise' "Spot" for adoption.

"Spot" is a 9 year old 50lbs Sulcata tortoise that came to us due to owners not being able to care for him anymore. "Spot" is VERY friendly and loves to be around people. He mainly likes to eat outside from grass but we still do provide bigger greens like turnip, collars, and romain lettuce. He loves butt scratches and likes water sprayed on his back and likes walking through sprinklers. "Spot" is very social with dogs from growing up with one his whole life and likes to be around them. The previous owners said that "Spot" thinks he's even a dog. He will follow you everywhere. He does like to follow mainly women around and is more drawn to women.

"Spot" needs a home with a lot of land and space to free roam outside as he loves to graze on the grass.

We do not reveal the sex of rescues as we do not intend for them to be used for breeding. As with all animals we require a photo of the enclosure with you next to it, as proof of the size and setup after placing your order.
