Frilled dragons are an arboreal species that can get 2-3’ native to Australia and New Guinea. Due to their size they will need a large enclosure. These lizards can live 10-15 years making them a big commitment pet. Though they can be very fast and skittish as babies, with proper handling, Frilled dragons can make great pets due to their calm and docile nature and are known to be very laid back companions when socialized with enough. They do tolerate handling but do well as a display pet as they prefer observing their surroundings.
