Kenyan sand boas are a terrestrial snake native to North Eastern Africa. They stay smaller compared to other boas being roughly 2-3ft. These snakes don't require too large of an enclosure like other boas. Kenyans can live up to 15-20 years making them a big commitment pet. Though they can be shy and like to burrow, Kenyans make great pets for first time snake owners due to their calm and docile nature.
