Description

Testudo hermanni 'Hermann's Tortoise' "Bowser" for adoption.

Bowser is a Hermanns tortoise that came in with severe MBD. This has affected their shell shape making it pointed and not growing properly. This will be something that Bowser will unfortunately have to live with for the rest of their life. It is potential that as they grow it may even out slightly as long that they are being given the proper lighting and calcium supplements. This hasn't affected their walking and eating. Bowser loves to eat all their greens, fruits, and other veggies. They like to free roam but may get a little timid at first. Bowser does have an overgrown beak that will get longer as time goes. They will need to get their beak trimmed in the near future so it doesn't affect their eating abilities.

As with all rescues we require a photo of the enclosure with you next to it, as proof of the size and setup.
