Asbolus verrucosus 'Blue Death Feigning Beetle'

Death feigning beetles are great beginner pets. They like an arid environment and can be kept on sand, eco earth, or a mix of both. They like a variety of vegetables, fruits, proteins. We like to feed ours carrots, Repashy Bug Burger, as well as fruit and veggie scraps. These beetles play dead, as their name implies. They will stay perfectly still, legs stiff as a board. However, this is a bluff and eventually they will wander on their merry way!
